KidTrader Express is designed specifically for children and families. We strictly adhere to the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and European GDPR-K regulations. We do not collect personal identification information from children under 13.
1. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not require or collect real names, physical addresses, telephone numbers, precise GPS locations, email addresses, or social security numbers from children. User account handles are recommended to be fun nicknames (e.g., "TraderBear99").
2. Advertising & Third-Party Analytics
To support free financial education, KidTrader Express displays contextually targeted advertisements through certified ad networks (including Google AdSense with TFCD / Tag for Child-Directed Treatment enabled).
- No Behaviorally Targeted Ads: Ads on this platform are non-personalized and based strictly on contextual site content.
- No Cross-Site Tracking: User interest profiling and cross-app tracking cookies are strictly disabled across all child-directed ad slots.
- Clear Ad Disclosures: All advertisement blocks are clearly demarcated with "ADVERTISEMENT" labels separated from interactive game controls.
3. Virtual Coins & In-App Purchases
All currency used within the simulated stock market ("Kid Coins" or "$") is 100% virtual and holds no real-world monetary value. Optional real-money top-ups and subscriptions in the VIP Store require passing a 4-Digit Parental Security PIN Gate to prevent accidental or unauthorized purchases.
4. Parental Rights & Data Deletion
Parents and legal guardians have the full right to review, request deletion of, or disable local account storage for their child at any time. To clear all stored progress locally, parents can click the "Reset Game" button in the application header or contact our support team.
